OUR POLICIES

 Thank you for taking the time to visit and expressing an interest in our business. 

Just a reminder to read the policies before booking:

 

Guidelines for ALL Appointments

Ready to book: A valid credit/debit card & copy of your driver's license is required to secure an appointment along with a minimal deposit. You may email a copy of your driver's license to issavibe4u@gmail.com

To book an appointment you must book online.  Manually booking is not accepted. 

 

Final Payment: The final balance of your service is due on the day of your scheduled appointment via CASH or ZELLE ONLY!  A convenience 3.5% fee will be added if a card or Cash APP is used. 

 

LATE POLICY: A late fee of $10 will be charged if the client is ten (10) minutes late for their scheduled appointment.  If the client is fifteen (15) minutes late, the appointment will be called and you will NOT receive your deposit back and will be charged 50% cancellation fee. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:  All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE  to other clients.  If you cancel your appointments last minute or no show your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services booked.  All clients are provided with ONE last minute cancellation.  This will result into no fees being accessed.  A second offense will result in the the cancellation fee of 50% no exceptions. An invoice will be sent and the fee must be paid prior to booking any additional appointments.   If a third offense occurs, you will be required to prepay services in full or be banned for future bookings.  If the cancellation is do to the artist, weather or COVID (proof of a positive result REQUIRED), your appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience and the deposit will be used towards the reschedule appointment.  All No Call/No Show appointments will be charged the full remaining balance and will be banned from future bookings.

If you are sick AT ALL.... RESCHEDULE (this includes, the sniffles, coughing, allergies, etc.)

 

LASH CLIENTS: To book a maintenance appointment for eyelash extension, you must come within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment and 50% of your lashes must be intact.  Anything more than the time frame or less than 50% will result in a full set.

 

It is strongly encouraged for clients to pre-book appointments, as the diary/calendar fills up quickly.  Accommodations are limited once the calendar dates are booked.  If you need to reschedule any pre-booked appointments, all future appointments will be cancelled and you will only be able to pre-book one (1) at a time.

 

REFUNDS:  Please understand we do not give any refunds under any circumstances.  All clients do agree that deposits or any form of payment CAN NOT be disputed with their financial institutions.

Upon arrival please text 469-431-2616 to wait for approval to enter the suite.  There is seating in the lobby, in the event we are still servicing a client or you may wait in your vehicle.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: If it will make you comfortable, you may bring ONE friend with you. No additional people will be permitted to your appointment as space is limited.  Please refrain from bringing children of any age.  However, if you have no other choice,  I get it! Bring them along, but they must be able to entertain themselves during your appointment and you must notify in advance, otherwise your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • Please remove your shoes upon arrival.  No shoes will be allowed on the service bed.
