Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Vibe Permanent Makeup, we provide the highest level of personalized service for all of our clients. When you book your appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you and your beauty needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you do so 72 hours in advance so that the artist may have the opportunity to schedule another client.

Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged to any client who does not give 72 hours’ notice before missing their appointment.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged to any client thereafter who does not give 48 hours’ notice before missing their appointment.

No-Show

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, Vibe Permanent Makeup Studio will cancel the appointment, and you will be charged 100% of the service fees.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will not be allowed to reschedule with Vibe Permanent Makeup Studio.

Refunds

Vibe Permanent Makeup Studio does not offer refunds for canceled or missed appointments, allergic reactions to products, or displeasure with the service. You may request a consultation and patch test if you are worried about potential allergic reactions to adhesives, pigments, or skin care products.
